Covena Flow LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 daysof your order date.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle handles all billing, payment, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for our orders. Full details are in the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms.

How to request a refund

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the order and request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly.
3. You can also email us at support@covenaflow.com and we will assist you with the request.

Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
